Once approved, you'll receive access to your dealer dashboard where you can set up your profile, upload your logo and cover image, and start adding listings. If you use Eclipse DMS, we can set up automatic stock sync so your listings stay current without manual work.

Yes — if you use Eclipse (Ultimate Business Systems), we support automatic SFTP-based stock sync. Eclipse generates a CSV of your current stock every 1-2 hours and deposits it to our SFTP server. Your listings on Xchange are then updated automatically — new stock appears, sold stock is removed, and prices stay current. Contact our team to set this up. You'll need your Eclipse dealer number and FTP credentials from Ultimate Business Systems.
Your dealer dashboard includes a daily lead summary powered by Rova, our AI assistant. Each morning it analyses your open enquiries and gives you a prioritised action list — for example, flagging buyers who haven't received a reply in 24 hours, identifying high-intent enquiries ready for an offer, and summarising where each conversation is up to. It's designed so you can action your leads in 10 minutes rather than reading through every thread.
When you open any enquiry thread and click "✦ Suggest a reply," Rova reads the full conversation, the listing details, and the buyer's stated intent, then drafts a professional reply for you. You can use it as-is, edit it, or ignore it. Over time Rova learns which types of responses generate the best outcomes and improves its suggestions accordingly.
Every listing on Xchange is automatically scored out of 100 by Rova across four dimensions: photos, description, price (relative to market), and completeness of specs. The score appears on your listing edit page. Rova also provides specific, prioritised suggestions — for example "Add at least 3 more photos" or "Your description is under 80 words — buyers want more detail." Higher-scoring listings receive more views and enquiries.
Yes — from Dashboard → Settings → Dealer profile, you can invite staff members by email. Each staff member gets their own login and can manage listings and respond to enquiries on your behalf. All activity is logged in your dealer activity feed so you can see who did what.
Yes — if your vehicles are listed on Camplify as rental vehicles, buyers can rent them before purchasing. The Try Before You Buy badge appears on eligible listings and is a strong conversion tool for hesitant buyers. Camplify Xchange is purpose-built for RVs, which means buyers are highly targeted — they're specifically looking for caravans, motorhomes, and campervans, not scrolling through cars. Our Rova AI system also actively helps dealers manage and convert leads, which traditional portals don't provide. Yes — when your dealership is approved on Xchange, Rova automatically generates a feature article about your business for the Camplify Xchange blog. This is reviewed and published by our team and provides a valuable backlink to your dealer profile page. You'll be notified when it's ready for review.
Your dealer dashboard includes a training section covering everything from setting up your profile to using advanced features like DMS sync and the Hot List. For direct support, contact us via the help link in your dashboard. Approved dealers also have access to a dedicated onboarding session with our team.
Book a Viewing allows buyers to request an appointment to inspect a vehicle at your dealership directly through their listing page. When a buyer submits a request, you'll receive an email from Rova with their name, phone number, email, requested date and time, and any message they've added. You then confirm or decline the appointment from your dealer dashboard under Dashboard → Viewings. Once you confirm, the buyer automatically receives a confirmation email with your dealership address and a map. On the day of the viewing, both you and the buyer receive a reminder email — your morning summary from Rova will also include a list of all viewings scheduled for that day. Viewing slots follow standard dealer hours: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–4pm. The platform automatically excludes Sundays and Australian public holidays from available booking dates. All viewing requests and their status can be managed from the Viewings tab in your dealer dashboard.
