Click "Sell your van" from the homepage or navigation. You'll be guided through a 10-step process covering vehicle type, make and model, specifications, features, location, asking price, photos, and whether you want to link your Camplify rental listing. The whole process takes around 10–15 minutes. Your listing goes live immediately once submitted.

The listings that attract the most enquiries have: (1) at least 8 clear photos including interior, exterior, undercarriage, and any special features, (2) a detailed description covering condition, history, what's included, and why you're selling, (3) a competitive price — check similar listings to calibrate, (4) all specs filled in, especially tare weight, ATM, berths, and solar/battery capacity. Our AI assistant Rova will score your listing out of 100 and suggest specific improvements after you publish.

Use the "Get a price guide" tool on the pricing step of the listing flow — enter your make, model, year, and condition and Rova will suggest a price range based on current market data. You can also browse similar active listings on Xchange to see what comparable vans are asking. Competitively priced listings receive significantly more enquiries than overpriced ones.

Absolutely, if you have one. Listings with Camplify rental history display verified reviews and ratings from real guests — this is a powerful trust signal for buyers who would otherwise have no way to verify your van's condition and history. Linking your Camplify listing can meaningfully increase enquiry rates.

Try Before You Buy lets interested buyers rent your van through Camplify before committing to a purchase. The rental cost can be credited toward the purchase price if they decide to buy. For sellers, this removes a major barrier for hesitant buyers and can accelerate your sale. If your van is already on Camplify, you can opt in during the listing process. If it's not on Camplify yet, tick the interest box and our team will help you get it set up — at no cost, and with the potential to earn rental income while your van is on the market.

Yes — if your van is listed on Camplify, you can continue renting it out while it's for sale on Xchange. This means you could be earning income every week while waiting for the right buyer. It's one of the unique advantages of the Camplify ecosystem. Our team can help you get set up if you're not already on Camplify.

All enquiries arrive in your Xchange message centre (Dashboard → Messages). You'll receive a notification when a new enquiry comes in. Reply directly from the message centre — our AI assistant Rova can suggest a reply if you'd like help crafting a professional response. Fast response times significantly increase your chances of converting an enquiry into a sale.

Yes — go to Dashboard → My Listings → Edit at any time. You can update the price, photos, description, and all specs. Buyers with your listing saved will be notified if you drop the price.

This varies significantly based on price, condition, make/model, and location. Well-priced, well-presented vans in popular categories (family caravans, off-road vans) in major states typically attract enquiries within days. Niche vehicles or overpriced listings can take longer. Keeping your listing updated and responding to enquiries quickly are the two biggest factors in your control.

Go to Dashboard → My Listings and mark the listing as sold. This removes it from search results immediately. We'll ask for some optional feedback on your experience — this helps us improve the platform for future sellers.

Only your suburb and state are shown publicly on your listing — never your full address, email, or phone number. Buyers contact you through the Xchange message centre. Your contact details are only shared once you choose to share them directly in a message.
