1. Nature of Our Service

No Agency

Camplify Xchange is a classifieds venue only. We are not a dealer, auctioneer, or agent. We provide a platform where private sellers, dealers, and buyers can connect. We do not act as an intermediary or agent for any party in a transaction.

No Involvement in Sales

We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments, handle title transfers, arrange inspections, or facilitate delivery. All such matters are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.

Contract of Sale

Any contract of sale arising from the use of this platform is strictly between the buyer and seller. Camplify Holdings Ltd is not a party to, and accepts no liability in connection with, any such contract.

2. User Accounts & Security

• Accounts are verified via Phone (SMS), Google, or Apple sign-in.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must keep your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident to list a vehicle for sale on the platform.

3. Listing Rules & Content

• You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or an authorised agent acting on behalf of the owner.
• All information in your listing must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
• By posting a listing, you grant Camplify Holdings Ltd a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your listing content (including photos and descriptions) for marketing purposes across the Camplify ecosystem.

4. AI Moderation & Fraud

• We employ AI-powered monitoring systems to detect and flag suspicious listings, fraudulent activity, and policy violations.
• Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee the identity of any user or the legitimacy of any listing.
• We strongly recommend that buyers conduct an in-person inspection and obtain a PPSR check before completing any purchase.

5. Fees and Payments

Listing on Camplify Xchange is currently free for individual sellers. We reserve the right to introduce fees, commissions, or premium listing options in the future. Any changes to our fee structure will be communicated with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We make no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing content.
• To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by you (if any) for the relevant listing.

7. Ecosystem Referrals

• The platform may display insurance, valuation, or other product offers from Camplify Holdings Ltd entities or approved third-party partners.
• Camplify Holdings Ltd may receive referral fees or commissions in connection with these offers.
• Any such products or services are governed by their own terms and conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully before proceeding.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including (but not limited to) breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or abusive behaviour.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
